I’m currently completely inactive.
Well the good news is that any activity you do will improve your health and fitness. My job is to create a safe, fun and effective way to maximise that improvement.
I’m already quite active but need direction.
It’s incredibly hard to train yourself and not plateau or neglect areas of your fitness. My job is to use my knowledge, experience and objectivity to challenge and encourage you across a broad range of physical activity.
I am already very fit and active.
Trust me you can still benefit from a PT. All the most accomplished athletes use them. You might want help training for a specific target or event. Or the opposite, maybe you are a great marathon runner but need help developing your strength, power, balance and flexibility to complete your fitness
